Unfortunately, the device now does not connect to wifi anymore (also bluetooth not). I've removed the microSD and wiped it completely. Nothing yet. I am not pleased spending the amount of money to a device like this. I have a couple of more Samsung devices in my household, but for me, this is the last Samsung product I buy. The connection drops frequently, while in some cases, they are not able to connect it at all. This could boil down to the hardware (the smartphone or router issue) or this could be caused by the software in your Galaxy S4 or the router. Her wifi seems to be working okay but I am having all kinds of issues with the wifi on my Note 2. It only seems to connect to my wifi router or any wifi routher when I am traveling if I have full signal. Even then, it will connect and many times it will not pass traffic.
