The service has become a very integral and normal part of my entertainment life. I live online, on my Apple TV, Amazon TV and the like. Works well for me, I am on US netflix via unblock-us and no switching (however there is no netflix where i live). I've specified the dns on AppleTV not the router. You might want to reset and reboot and see if it helps. Some devices, like Apple TV, don’t have a VPN client installed to them. If you would like to unblock US Netflix in your Apple TV, you must install VPN on a VPN router that is compatible or instead enable network sharing in your pc and connect Apple TV.
